Welcome to my homepage

I am a Postdoc at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard advised by Prof. Luca Pinello working on computational methods for modeling biological data from CRISPR genome editing, single-cell and spatial omics experiments.

Prior to that, I obtained my PhD supervised by Prof. Dr. Ivan G. Costa from RWTH Aachen University in Germany.

For more details about my works, see the publications. My CV is found here.

My first name can be pronunced as Zhì-Jiān (志坚 in Chinese), watch here the video or listen to the audio.
